Shipment Tracking

If your order was shipped via UPS or FedEx you can use the tools below to track its status. For orders shipped via other carriers, please contact our sales department at +1 815.433.1500 or email orders@bb-elec.com for status information.

Important note for web customers:
When you track your package, you must use the B&B Electronics Mfg. Co. order number you received in the confirmation email. Your web order confirmation number will not work.

Unfortunately, due to changes in FedEx shipping software, tracking via B&B Electronics order number is temporarily unavailable. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

To track using your FedEx tracking number (contact orders@bb-elec.com to get this number) select the FedEx service you requested, either Express (1, 2, or 3 day delivery) or Ground, then type your tracking number in the space provided. You can track up to 25 numbers at once, (one entry per line). Click on the Submit button to submit your query.

Your tracking results will be displayed on the FedEx website. Use your browser's back button to return to this website.
