• Currently buy or be willing to buy Quatech products direct from Quatech or through an authorized Quatech Distributor, and be in good standing

Levels of Participation

• Authorized Q Partner: less than $5,000 in Quatech purchases per quarter
• Silver-Q Partner: $5,000 to $15,000 per quarter
• Gold-Q Partner: $15,000 or more per quarter

  • Reseller must provide S/N of defective unit and address to which replacement unit will be shipped.
  • Requests made before 2:00 p.m. ET during normal business weekdays (excluding holidays) will be shipped for next-day delivery at Quatech's cost. Unit will be packaged with all accessories, as would a new unit. (Must be in stock at Quatech. If not, every effort will be made to locate a replacement product at a distribution partner.)
  • Reseller must return defective unit to Quatech within 10 business days. Use factory packaging when returning. Quatech will include a pre-paid airbill with the replacement unit, that airbill should be used when returning the defective unit. Defective units not received by Quatech within 10 business days will result in the replacement unit being billed to Reseller at the reseller's discount.
