The Industry's Most Reliable Serial PCI Solutions
Quatech PCI boards provide extensive choices for adding serial functionality
to a system using minimal system resources. They also provide peace of
mind. Quatech has specialized in quality data communication products two
decades. Our boards provide essential high-end features such as a 4-layer
board design, state-of-the-art UARTs with deep data FIFOs, a clock-multiplying
feature enabling data rates up to 921.6 kbps, and surge suppression options.
Every board we manufacture is tested in-house after an initial burn-in
period. We have a proven failure rate of only .002% after burn-in. And,
Quatechs meticulously designed boards strictly adhere to the PCI
specification, so you can be assured that our products will consistently
function properly in your systems. (See "Guide
to Choosing a Quality PCI board" for more information.) Add to
that our long five year warranty, and a customer service team that is
dedicated to exceeding your expectations, and you truly have the industrys
most reliable serial PCI boards.
Quatech serial boards also provide the best value in the industry. There
are a myriad of "cheap" boards out there--but what you save
in up front costs you loose threefold in field failures, late deliveries,
unresponsive technical support, and system incompatibilities due to poor
board design. There are more expensive options too--but as serial connectivity
is relatively slow compared to todays' GHz processors, such high-end features
as on-board processors are an unnecessary expense and an unnecessary failure
risk. Quatech serial boards provde only the high-end features you need
in a well designed, extensively tested product, and the service and support
you deserve.
Quatech PCI serial boards are available for RS-232 and RS-422/485 communication
in one, two, four, and eight port versions with DB-9, DB-25, and RJ modular
connectors. A single port synchronous RS-232 PCI board is also available.
PCI products are available in standard PCI 2.2 compliant versions as well
as flexible Low Profile Universal PCI versions compatible with all aspects
of the new PCI 2.3 specification.
