The NorthCoast 99 annual awards are presented by the Employers Resource Council (ERC). Founded in 1920, ERC is Northeast Ohio's largest employers' association serving over 900 organizations employing nearly 400,000 employees in twenty-two Northeast Ohio counties. The NorthCoast 99 awards ceremony, which took place on September 10, 2003, is the culmination of a year-long effort to identify ninety-nine of the best places to work in Northeast Ohio. The NorthCoast 99 award candidates must be nominated by one of their employees. The candidates are then evaluated for excellence in a variety of program/policy categories including: Compensation, Benefits, Health & Safety, Training & Education, Diversity, Community Services, Work/Life, Recruitment & Retention, Employee Communication."We are extremely proud to have been honored with the NorthCoast
