Quatech's Bluetooth wireless technology allows you to connect and eliminate messy RS-232/422/485 cables. Create a local wireless connection for communication with serial devices.

Simply plug the wireless adapter into your serial equipment and transfer data to and from Bluetooth-enabled laptops, PC's and devices. Units can also be used to bluetooth enable serial ports on PCs and pair with slave unit enabling serial devices in the field.

    Featuring Bluetooth wireless technology, the SS-BLT-100/300 /400 are the ideal replacements of standard cables. With RS-232/422/485 interface, they can be easily adopted for industrial machines with serial interface. The MEI selectable units have screw terminal input blocks for convert wiring and optional signal optical isolation and power isolation for rugged industrial applications. It is compatible with all Bluetooth V.2.0-certified and is backward compatible with v1.1/1.2 devices. You can connect between your computers serial port (Master) and RS-232 devices (Slave) 100 meters away without cables in your working environments. RS-422/485 serial communications over Bluetooth are provided with the SS-BLT-300 and SS-BLT-400 with a convenient terminal adapter for wiring connections. The SS-BLT-400 offers optical signal isolation and DC to DC power isolation. Both the 300 and 400 series are RS-232/422/485 selectable and have standard surge supression protection.
