support request form on Quatech's website. This enables us to
research your problem, and often to find a solution, before we take
up your time on the phone. We promise that all web support forms
will be answered within one business day.
Our
website also provides a number of self-service technical support
tools--available to you 24 hours a day. Our FAQ
section answers many common product questions. Detailed product
specifications (accessed via the link in the left-hand column of
each product page) provide often requested information including
pin-outs, port configuration, size, and power requirements. Technology
overviews are available to help you pick the best type of product
for your application. And, our support
